Making dat Protein Cupcakes !!!

Hi guys so here is the recipe i used to make these lovely protein brownies , it comes in 2 flavors ; Peanut butter and chocolate chip!Instructions below !

The ingredients !

It should be like these after mixing! Thick and consistent!


Placed them into these cute moulds that i bought from Ikea! And pop them into the Oven!

Tadaa ! Freshly out from the Oven!

Ready to be given away as yummy snacks :) Enjoy!


Ingredients used :
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 Cup of wholemeal oats 
  • 1 Scoop ON's Hdyro Whey Protein (Turbo Chocolate)
  • 1Scoop ON's Platimun Casein (Vanilia) 
  • 1/4 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 Eggs w/o the yolk
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk 
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • About 1/3 Cup Honey
  • Hershey's Semi-sweet chocolate chips 
  • Skippy Chunky Peanut Butter

Directions:
  • Preheat Oven to 175 Degrees Celsius 
  • Bake for 15-20mins 
  • Cool down for 20-30mins and it is ready to be served!
  • As for adding the peanut butter and chocolate chips be sure to add them after you placed the batter into the cups than add them on the top :) Enjoy guys !
