Hi guys , slowly updating my blog recently . Introducing my new eating regime aka #Ketogenic diet .

Okay recently i have changed my diet from carb cycling to #ketogenic diet . Because i find that carb cycling isnt really working for me so well anymore. Only the past few days ago i have been researching between ketogenic or paleo .But i find that it is easier for me to do ketogenic. Below is my very first meal of my #Keto breakfast.

It consists of :
2 Whole Eggs , 1 egg white
1 Piece of Cheese
4 Strips of bacon
1 TableSpoon of peanut butter

Fatty fats but it is necessary for Ketogenic diet.
Because Ketogenic is based on fats , our body will be using fats as an energy source.
