9Grams of Protein
6Grams of Carbs
10Grams of Fat
per piece
Recipe:
- 3/4 cup plain greek non fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup any sweetener/honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup ON's HydroWhey Chocolate protein powder
- 1 whole egg and 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup flour( Coconut or normal flour will do )
- Preheat oven 175Degrees
- Bake for 20-25mins mins will do :)
- Cool Down and serve ( Serves 12 pieces )
